Refund policy

Items are made to order and therefore all sales are FINAL.  We will however exchange sizes if item(s) does not fit properly.  (Some restrictions apply, see below for details)

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS

EXCHANGES (if applicable) 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and within 30 calendar days.  Unfortunately, we cannot exchange items after 30 days of the delivery date.  

Please contact info@kreateleverage.com for exchanges.  

You will be responsible for shipping your exchange back to us.  Kreate Leverage will cover the cost of shipping out your new size back to you.  

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not.
